Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using CleanSnap ("App" or "Service"). Accessing or using the App means you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
CleanSnap is a premium, subscription-based application. To access any of the features listed below, you must have an active subscription. We believe in the value of our product, which is why we offer a [2-Week] Free Trial for you to experience the full power of CleanSnap before you are charged. If it doesn't solve your storage problems, simply cancel before the trial ends.
1.1. These Terms govern your use of the CleanSnap app, website, and related features. We may update or modify the Service at any time to improve performance or security without prior liability.
1.2. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2.1. We may revise these Terms at our discretion. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
2.2. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

5.2. Billing: Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by the respective platform. You must comply with their payment terms.
5.3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the start of the next period.
5.4. Cancellation: You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store Account Settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
5.5. Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple Support.
6.1. All content, including the CleanSnap name, logo, UI design, and cleaning algorithms, is the exclusive property of the App developers and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
7.1. "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the App will always identify every duplicate file or that cleaning will result in specific performance gains.
7.2. Risk of Data Loss: Users are encouraged to back up important data. CleanSnap is not responsible for the accidental deletion of files directed by the user through the App's interface.
